2013 Day of Action

Friday, June 21, 2013, is the 6th annual United Way Day of Action.  Day of Action is the day we stand together as friends and communities to pledge to change the course of our future.  United Way Day of Action mobilizes tens of thousands of individual volunteers across the globe on June 21.

This year, get moving on Day of Action by volunteering in United Way of the Greater Triangle’s Field Day.  Field Day locations in Johnston, Orange, Wake, and Durham counties will give volunteers a unique opportunity to spend a day mentoring and exercising with kids in the Triangle to make a healthier, stronger youth in 2013.  Field games will include relay races, water games, and lots of fun.  Join us today to take action for a healthier tomorrow!
